Mushroom Bruschetta

I love Italian food! So I would like to share with you a very simple Italian dish that can be served as an appetizer or a snack. It's doesn't only taste wonderful but it's also a healthy dish.
Don't worry, it's very easy to make. ;)
Hope you enjoy!

Mushroom Bruschetta

Ingredients:
1 Baguette bread, sliced diagonally
200g sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Method:
1) Saute garlic in olive oil, add the mushrooms.
2) Add cheese on the sauteed mushrooms, dash some salt and pepper.
3) Turn off the heat. Put the sauteed mushrooms on the sliced baguettes, dash some parsley on top.
4) Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Heat bruschetta for 1 minute.

Serve while hot. :)

My Christmas Wishlist

It's never too early to start my Christmas WISHLIST. Well the thing is, my husband already bought me a Christmas present, a Mulberry bag which I'm not allowed to touch/open until Christmas eve.
He purchased it during our holiday in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We have to buy it there since there's no Mulberry shop in Saigon and we're spending Christmas here. Okay I know I said too much now but it's hidden somewhere and I already forgot how it looks... ;p

Well even though it's one gift down but who knows somebody might be very kind and grant me my Christmas wishes...;)
Perhaps my mama and papa??? friends??? cousins??? aunts??? grandma??? lol!!!

1) Big and Bold Necklaces

I dunno why but I love wearing big or chunky accessories. If you're wearing simple outfit or plain clothes, just add these lovely accessories and wholla, it's a fashion statement!!!

2) Cococare Cocoa Butter Stick

Ever since college, I have been using this cocoa butter stick. The problem, it's so difficult to find them here in Asia. I love using them as lotion, they make my skin really smooth and silky.

3) Palmer's COCOA BUTTER lotion

I love Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion, it's actually my substitute if I don't have/can't find Cococare Cocoa Butter Stick. At least they're easier to find and they smell so good like chocolate. ;)

3) Hello Kitty Hibiscus Plush

I used to collect Hello Kitty Stuffs, I have a lot of  Hello Kitty stuffed toys but never this one. It's really unique because she's tanned, which is cute. Been really searching for this.... :(

5) YSL Tribute Sandals

Disneyland Hong Kong

As far back as I can remember, I was 3 years old when I first saw a Disney cartoon. It was sing-a-long medley, a Beta tape rented by my mother (It was the decade of the huge Colored TVs and Beta max). Days before the deadline, I begged her not to return it so she bought it instead at the Beta tape shop. Everyday for maybe 5 months I kept watching this sing-a-long medley that up to now, I can still remember the first song of the movie.
Until then, I've always wanted to go to any Disney Amusement Park. But it was when I got married I have actually been to one, in Disneyland Hong Kong. My first Disney park visit was so magical like a childhood dream come true!!! I didn't care about age, I have to try every ride there is.

Armadale Reptile and Wildlife Centre

When my husband and I went driving around New South Wales, we found Armadale Reptile and Wildlife Centre by accident. Most of the animals in this park are rescued animals. Of all the animal parks we've been in NSW, this is my favorite!!!

I just love how they made the park, the surrounding area feels like the animals are back in the wild. Although they don't have fancy enclosures like most zoos but the animals have big spaces and they can run around the area.

Located at 304- 308 South Western Highway Wungong WA 611.
The centre houses hundreds of animals with more than 50 different species. Animals like kangaroo, wallaroo, wallaby, wombat, koala, venomous and non- venomous Snakes, fruit bats, possums, etc.
And since they don't have that many visitors, this is also one of the best chances to pet a koala. Your $15 entrance fee is surely worth it.

So when you're in Armadale NSW, don't forget to visit Armadale Reptile and Wildlife Centre.
